Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment.

Registration Fee and Admission Fee are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refund will be provided in cases of:
Course discontinuation by the student
Absenteeism or lack of participation
Personal reasons, job, relocation, or health issues
Course fees cannot be adjusted or transferred to another person or future batch.
Course curriculum, tools, software, and training modules may be updated to match industry standards.
Creative Adhyayan reserves the right to modify course content, duration, trainers, or batch timings without prior notice.
Course materials are for personal learning use only and must not be shared, copied, or resold.
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and professional behavior.
Misconduct, indiscipline, misuse of resources, or violation of institute rules may lead to termination without any refund.
Mobile phone misuse, disturbance in class, or disrespect toward staff will not be tolerated.
Creative Adhyayan provides career guidance, internship support, and placement assistance, not a job guarantee.
Placement depends on student performance, skills, attendance, and interview success.
The institute is not responsible for employer decisions, salary packages, or job duration.
Course completion certificates will be issued only after:
Successful completion of the course
Required attendance
Completion of assignments/projects
Certificates may be withheld if dues are pending.
All course materials, videos, designs, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of Creative Adhyayan.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Users must not misuse the website, attempt hacking, or upload harmful content.
